Story behind the photo
The Man of Yazd shows a man on a motorcycle in the city centre of Yazd, Iran. Yazd is a desert town in the middle of Iran. The old city centre is made of connecting houses and small alleys, some of them with curves. The colours of the bricks and the sunlight create the warm colours of the city. It was by accident that I saw this man approaching on the motor. The alley and the man created a lovely scene, that's minimal, warm and balanced in composition.
